The Midwest Elite Regional 7v7 Tournament started in 2009 and has developed into one of the top tournaments in the country. The event is held in Auburn Hills, Michigan on Memorial Day weekend each year. It is an action packed weekend for athletes, families and coaches. The weekend features some of the nations’ elite 7v7 football clubs for high school and youth, and a skills challenge event in a competitive environment.The Midwest Elite Regional 7v7 Tournament is rated a 4-star event by the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida and has been a qualifying tournament since 2011. This is the highest rated tournament in the country outside of their national 7v7 championship event in July. The top 4 teams from our tournament receive automatic bids to compete in the IMG National Championship.
The tournament is the weekend of May 28 & 29, 2016 at Avondale High School in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
Every team that participates in this tournament will play a minimum of 5 games. All team will play 3 Pool play games on Saturday morning. All teams will then be seeded into a double elimination tournament on Sunday based on their win-loss record.
Friday: Game schedules and rosters will be posted May 27, 2016. All athletes, coaches and teams check in.
Saturday: Pool play games begin at 8AM. Our Youth Tournament begins 2PM. Elite Skills Challenge Event with DJ begins at 5PM. QB obstacle course, DB & WR gauntlet and a Fastest Man Contest.
Sunday: Double Elimination Tournament Games begin at 8AM.
If you are interested in participating in the Michigan Elite 7v7 Football Tournament you can register individually or as a Team.
Athletes are able to register individually for the camp. You will be placed on an Open Team based on your primary position. We will have several teams that are created from individual registrations. These teams will be coached by members of our Staff. Once you are registered we will inform you on what team you are on and your coach’s name. Once you are checked in the day of the event your team will meet together with your coaches.
Coaches, Managers or Team Leaders register your team for the camp. Prep schools are welcome to participate. You must have a minimum of 15 players on your roster. There is no limit to how many players you have. Once your team is registered we will notify you and a camp schedule will be provided prior to the event.
The cost for individual athletes to participate is $55 for the weekend. Team Entry Fees are $850 ($42.50 per athlete with a 20-Man roster) with a maximum of 20 players.
We will have two high school or college referees officiating each game.
